Selected harvest. Each land is vinified individually, so we can adjust the elaboration to the needs of each land. Cold pre-fermentative maceration after which wines ferment with local yeasts at a temperature lower than 25 ºC to keep the freshness and the fruity character. Ageing in French, American and Eastern European oak barrel of 225 l. From those, a fourth is renewed each year. Respectful ageing, almost non-intrusive to keep the freshness and the varietal character.
Very clean and bright wine, of a ruby colour with violet hues. It is very elegant and fresh on nose, with notes of forest fruits, flowers and spices. It is complex on palate, with touches of hardwood very well integrated. The perfect combination of renewed tradition, modernity and personality.
